So far this seems like a great class, even for a returning "old lady" like me.
I currently work full time in a School Media Center as an assistant, and love the library. I returned to MCC to take some Library Tech classes, and decided to pursue an AAS degree. It seems hard to believe now, but I actually completed the ENG 101 class in South Dakota in 1973. That was probably before many of you were born. Back then, computer programming was accomplished using IBM punch cards. I am beginning to feel comfortable with new technology, and look forward to learning to understand some of the things which my K-12 students use every day. I enjoy reading, and jump around between several genre according to my mood. Writing has never been one of my favorite things, but I can usually manage to assemble some coherent thoughts. I welcome any and all suggestions to help me navigate through the assignments for this class.
